What is BoXFit?

 


At BoXFit, we awaken your will to push through every challenging workout until the end. It's a mix of functional training, bodyweight training, and, as the name suggests, boxing training. No prior experience is necessary, it's all about movement and every impulse counts. You'll get motivation from the group and support from the coaches. Age and fitness level don't matter. Success is evident after just a few weeks: your performance and endurance increase with muscle building, and your coordination improves. Your overall body feeling keeps getting better!


 

 

Part of the training includes common fitness exercises such as sit-ups, squats,
lunges or push-ups. There are also intensive boxing sessions on the punching bag.
Boxing gloves can be rented in the studio. We differentiate our courses into “BoXFit” and “Boxen”. The “BoXFit” units are a little less technical than the “Boxing” courses. But we assure you, both will blow your mind.
